With a degree in General Nursing to support her expertise, Aine specialises in the recruitment of General Nurses and Nurse Specialists within Evolve Talent's Healthcare division.
With a career spanning nearly a decade, Aine's Healthcare journey took her to Canada before returning to her homeland in Ireland, serving on the frontlines at Ireland's COVID-19 Isolation Facility while simultaneously completing a Master of Science in Business Management. Her academic endeavours culminated in a first-class honours dissertation, showcasing her desire to lead change within the Healthcare sector.
Relocating to Australia in 2022, Aine transitioned from Nursing to Healthcare recruitment to help others advance their Nursing careers. What truly sets Aine apart is her dedication to forging personal connections with nurses and midwives, helping them find roles that foster their successful development.
