Rían is a Recruitment Resourcer with a distinctive blend of academic background and industry experience. With a background in Economics and Psychology, Rían has a deep understanding of human behaviour, which will be an asset to him when onboarding the right people for Evolve.
Rían's unique edge stems from his three-year term as one of our Evolve Talent - Mining & Resources candidates, working within the FIFO space. Rían's first-hand experience working in the area he now recruits gives him a deep understanding of the technical, cultural and personality alignments that make a candidate a good fit for a role.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, Rían specialises in talent sourcing, screening, curating a pool of exceptional candidates and onboarding them into their new roles. What drives Rían forward is his passion for people and commitment to helping others create remarkable career opportunities and experiences.
