Sam is a dedicated recruitment professional in the Disability and Aged Care sector. In February 2023, Sam made the move from Tasmania to Melbourne to join Evolve where she now specialises in the resourcing and scheduling of Nurses across Australia.
What truly ignites Sam's enthusiasm is the challenge of the job and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both staff and clients. Playing a vital role within a large team that provides assistance and support to those in need brings immense fulfilment to Sam's life.
Fun Facts
— My partner and I used to do ‘MadPaws’, a dog sitting service– one very late and last minute night six months ago we looked after a senior pup, fell in love and he just never went home – his real human Mum and I call it “shared pupsody (custody)”.
— I am 28, have never broken a single bone nor had chicken pox.
— Lactose intolerant – but will continue to eat cheese and drink flavoured milk as if I’m not, haha.
What I’m Passionate About
— Speaking to newly onboarded staff and welcoming them to Evolve. Hearing the excitement and passion in their voices brings such joy to my day!
— Although I work in the background, we all assist in helping those in need to live a healthier, longer and happier life.
— I love the diversity that healthcare brings, in terms of working with different specialities and people from different backgrounds, working together to benefit the patients and their families.
