In late 2020, BCA formally became Evolve Talent. The rebrand reflects our new leadership's drive to ‘never stand still’ and to remain relevant to our ever-expanding client base and their constantly developing talent requirements.
2020 saw some significant leadership and industry expertise join the business in the form of Chris McVean, and Jamie Butterworth, whose prior careers have been spent across the big corporate recruiters Adecco, Programmed and Manpower Group.
This injection of experience and networks has been the pivotal factor in Evolve Talents’ growth within the Healthcare and Technology divisions to complement the already established Construction and Resources verticals, with over 45 people across the country now supporting Australia's key growth markets.
