About our client

Our client is a software as a service company with strong multinational presence around the world. They are currently seeking for 1 Service coordinator and 1 Program/Project Coordinator (with implementation background) to join their growing team.

About the role

Service Coordinator

  • Manage deployment of company solutions for new and existing customers through coordination and scheduling of installation and service work
  • Support existing customers with repairs, work orders
  • Provide customers with high level support via phone and email
  • Maintain professional, timely and clear communication with installers, contractors, customers and others involved in the process
  • Develop processes and reporting to improve productivity and management awareness

 
Program/Project Coordinator (Software implementation background)

  • Through available internal and external contractor resources deploy company solutions for new and existing customers through coordination and scheduling of installation and service work
  • Ensure Service led projects are delivered on-time and within scope of work
  • Develop standard processes and documentation for large Service led projects
  • Develop and maintain robust project resource schedules
  • Develop and provide project reporting to key project stakeholders
  • Maintain professional, timely and clear communication with installers, contractors, customers and others involved in the process
  • Develop processes to improve project scheduling and rollout timelines

 
About you

Service Coordinator
 

  • High level of customer service skills both face to face & over the phone
  • Display a high level of self-motivation
  • Willingness to take ownership & be held accountable

Program/Project Coordinator (Software implementation background)

  • 3 + years resource coordination in a project environment working directly with customers and technicians or engineers
  • Industry recognised Project framework qualifications
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams
