Opportunity: Care Manager –
Contract Type: Permanent
Full Time hours: 76 hours per fortnight
Salary Range: Upto $120,000 + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowances

  We’re seeking a Permanent Care Manager who is passionate about a person-centered approach to care. This role involves managing the care of residents in a prestigious 96 Bed aged care facility in The Fraser Coast Region of Queensland.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care aligned with this NFP organisations model & philosophy.
• Manage assessment, care planning, and care evaluation effectively.
• Develop, supervise, and support the care team.Selection Criteria:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a care management role in residential aged care.
• Passion for delivering person-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• AHPRA registration and NDIS Worker Checks required.Additional Perks:
