About Our Client
Our client is a FMCG business based in Western Sydney. As a result of their significant growth and expansion they are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join their incredible team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Supervisor your responsibilities include
- Understand and communicate features and benefits of company products
- Process all orders – EDI, Frozen, Web
- Support back of house and front of house departments
- Identify areas of concern, opportunities or important feedback and communicate to manager
- Manage, document and resolve all customer enquiries / issues
- Perform outgoing calls to allocated customer portfolios in order to build relationships, introduce new products and grow sales
- Support sales objectives by communicating company’s promotional plan
- Check inventory for stock
- Prepare and process credit notes
- Process payments
- Back orders
- Input accurate and relevant records into customer database
- Any other duties required within reason
- Call outs when reps on leave etc
- Contracts/correspondence
- Filing
- Liaising regarding customers deliveries
- Bookings as required
- Comply with all Company policies, WHS and Quality procedures.
- Liaising regarding stock/incoming goods
- Order/picking IT issues
- Process credit claims
- Support the Export Coordinator on a day to day basis with the following support but not limited to:
- Receiving and preparation of export orders from Customers
- Liaise with the production department in the manufacturing of export orders.
- Ensure orders are entered into MFG-PRO, Excel, and Qzdocs.
- Prepare export documentation, including the legalization of export document for Middle East customers with the Australian Arab Chamber and Embassies.
- All other responsibilities required to give Customer Service Support to all export accounts.

- Demonstrated quality customer service, negotiation and communication skills
- Proven skills in relationship management, call centre customer service and achieving targets

- Computer knowledge

- Previous experience within food, service or manufacturing industry recommended
