About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to fill the role of Site Foreman / Supervisor. This position entails overseeing electrical commercial construction projects within the Health, Education, and Retail sectors.

We’re looking for candidates ready to embrace new challenges. As a Site Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in onsite works, collaborating closely with our team and have ample support along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing labour resources effectively.
• Ensuring OHS compliance.
• Maintaining document control.
• Sourcing and ordering materials.
• Problem solving
• Liaising with clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Supervision of electrical installation works including equipment installation and quality assurance activities.
• Assisting in commissioning of equipment and process systems

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical construction.
• Electrical trade background with current electrical license and hands-on experience.
• Commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of the construction process.
• Familiarity with project programming and scheduling in electrical construction.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Efficient, organised and independent.
• Experience managing a team.
