These organisations specialise within, alarm, access control, and CCTV solutions – both installation and service & maintenance within the commercial, residential and infrastructure industry. You will be able to work on some of the most prestige projects throughout Australia.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Technician to join our team in across NSW.

These roles are perfect for someone who is customer-focused, has a positive attitude, and a passion for the electronic security industry and a care-factor to their delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service & Installation of alarm systems, access control, IP CCTV, and intercom systems.
  • Strong understand of different security systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalate issues.
  • Manage site works, documentation, and compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of work and safety.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of different security systems; Challenger, Integriti, Gallagher, Reliance, Bosch, MCM.
  • Knowledge of different IP CCTV installation and networking systems; including (but not limited to); Milestone, Hanwha, Geutebruck, NX Witness, IDIS/Pacom, March Networks, Genetec.
  • Solid understanding of both install and and service and maintenance
  • Ability to perform fault-find across multiple security systems.
  • Experience with cabling, fit-off, and commissioning of electronic security systems.
  • Strong report writing skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • NSW Security License, driver’s license, and Construction White Card – preferred
  • EWP License up to 11m – advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
