Evolve Talent is looking for passionate Enrolled Nurses to join a welcoming team in Rural Victoria-Mallee Region, a peaceful rural town with a friendly community of around 600 people. Role Overview: As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be part of a supportive team, providing care in both Acute and Aged Care settings. This role offers variety and the chance to grow professionally. While the service mainly focuses on Aged Care, you’ll also have the opportunity to assist in Acute Care when needed. You’ll work closely with the Registered Nurse to deliver excellent care and ensure any changes in patient conditions are communicated quickly and effectively. You’ll work under the RN’s guidance to ensure safe and quality care for all patients and residents.
Key Requirements:
AHPRA registration with no restrictions
Acute care experience
Strong communication skills
Experience working with older adults and chronic conditions
Ability to work in a team
Current police check

Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse
Participate in patient assessments and help develop care plans
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Contribute to the evaluation and adjustment of care plans as needed
