Evolve Talent is currently seeking skilled Carpenters/Handymen in Queensland, catering to both experienced professionals looking to mentor the next generation and younger candidates eager to grow their skills and business acumen. This will be working on; insurance projects, residential improves, estate / property agencies – there will be a great variety of project work.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry or handyman services
- Relevant trade qualifications preferred
- White card
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own tools
- Car allowance or UTE can be supplied – if car allowance, will be supplied with a toll tag
You will be responsible for:
- Completing a variety of carpentry and handyman tasks to a high standard
- Mentoring younger apprentices or learning from experienced professionals
- Managing your own projects with potential for profit-sharing
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
