Our client is searching for a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor. This role is offered as a Fixed-Term contract, with a project completion date of September/October 2025.

About the Role & Client:
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced project health, safety, environment, and Quality (HSEQ) advisor to oversee the compliance factors of our client’s project. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all aspects of the project adhere to the highest standards of health, safety, environmental protection, and quality.

• Develop and implement HSEQ plans and procedures specific to the project, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards and risks associated with project activities.
• Provide advice and support to project teams on HSEQ matters, promoting a strong safety culture and environmental stewardship.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on HSEQ performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance safety and quality outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HSEQ management systems.
• Relevant qualifications in HSEQ or a related field.

Location: The position will be based in Sydney, NSW.
