Job Title: Internal Recruiter

Salary: $90,000 per annum + Super

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking to make a real impact? Join our client’s dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing top talent for the hospitality sector.
About the Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and secure top talent. You will also play a strategic role in workforce planning, talent pipelining, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and candidate recommendations.
- Manage and execute recruitment processes, ensuring efficient hiring.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to expedite hiring needs.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging digital channels and professional networks.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and manage candidate relationships.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and external legislation.
- Oversee recruitment data integrity and reporting.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, providing strategic talent acquisition insights.
- Handle escalations and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Manage local and interstate recruitment activities, including occasional travel as required.
Experience and skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hospitality, service and trade industry experience is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated expertise in internal talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams is a plus.
