Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking to make a real impact? Join our client’s dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing top talent for the hospitality sector.

About the Role

As an Internal Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and secure top talent. You will also play a strategic role in workforce planning, talent pipelining, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and candidate recommendations.
  • Manage and execute recruitment processes, ensuring efficient hiring.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to expedite hiring needs.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging digital channels and professional networks.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and manage candidate relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and external legislation.
  • Oversee recruitment data integrity and reporting.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships, providing strategic talent acquisition insights.
  • Handle escalations and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Manage local and interstate recruitment activities, including occasional travel as required.

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hospitality, service and trade industry experience is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated expertise in internal talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams is a plus.
