Position: Parks and Garden Labourer
Location: Various SOR locations
Pay rates: $40 – $45 per hour +super

About the Role:

• Maintaining local parks, ovals, recreational areas, verges, and land.
• Gardening – planting, removing, mulching, mowing, and edging.
• Weed control, median spraying, broadacre spray, and spraying of firebreaks
• Operating equipment – trimmers, blowers, hedgers, tractors, brush cutters, blowers, and vans.
• General maintenance tasks.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• Current MR or HR class drivers licence.
• Experience in use of Power tools
• First Aid Certificate (Highly Desired)
• National Police Clearance within the last 12 months.
• White Card
• Basic Traffic Management and Traffic Control Certificate
• Chainsaw ticket (desired)
• Qualification in Horticulture or Turf (Highly Desired).
