Evolve Talent are looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer for our Perth office. This is a fast-paced role which will require you to work well under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator looking for the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for recruiting a variety of roles in the FIFO Mining & Utilities sector across Australia. This is a fixed term contract in a great team environment.

General Duties:

  • Post job advertisements for current vacancies.
  • Source and select candidates by screening resumes and database searches.
  • Conducting thorough interviews.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions in our CRM.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritising candidate care.
  • Recording reference checks.
  • Data entry and compliance duties.
  • General office administration duties.

Skills and Experience:

  • Exposure to Mining is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner and self-motivated.
  • Confidence when speaking to blue collar workers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change.
  • High level of communication skills both verbally and written.
