About the Role:
You’ll be joining a dynamic primary care team, playing a key role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to the local community.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Administering immunisations, assisting with procedures, and managing wound care
• Performing chronic disease management and health assessments
• Managing recall and reminder systems
• Ensuring the clinic runs smoothly through stock ordering and other administrative tasks
• Providing compassionate care to a diverse patient base with complex needs
• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to improve health outcomes in the community

About You:
We’re looking for a nurse with:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Experience in General Practice or a Primary Health setting
• Skills in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments (advantageous)
• The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and handle the fluctuating demands of a busy clinic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and friendly approach to patient care
• Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with Medical Director and Pracsoft (highly regarded)
