About the role

The Neonatal Nurse provides direct patient care within a professional and ethical framework in a neonatology environment, ensuring safe and effective nursing practices in accordance with relevant legislation. The nurse practices within their scope, integrating nursing and healthcare knowledge, skills, and attitudes to deliver high-quality patient care.

About you

You are a dedicated NICU nurse with at least one year of experience in neonatal care. Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for neonates and their families, you prioritise family-centred care and strive to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing in a specialised environment. Your commitment to excellence ensures the best possible start for the tiniest patients and their loved ones.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Neonatal Nursing
• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Pre-employment National Police Check
• Immunisations as per state requirements
• Must have full working rights in Australia-no sponsorship available
