Our client operates in the automotive parts manufacturing space. With continuous growth a new opportunity for a Sales Administrator has become available.

If you don’t have experience in the auto industry, don’t worry. You’ll receive plenty of support and resources to excell in your new role. A rotating shift is available on a weekly basis and they provide flexibility around start / finish times in relation to managing school drop offs etc. 

What will you be doing?
The role consists of promoting the client’s products to an existing and future client base through 
proactive and reactive telephone sales, in a timely and professional manner, providing and processing 
information, queries or concerns about products and services for both inbound and outbound enquiries. 

If you enjoy engaging with people for a living and making someone’s day a little bit better by providing solutions and great customer service, then this role could be for you.

How to be successful in the role

Experience with of customer service principles and practices
Six months or more experience in phone sales; Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Experience with administration and clerical processes
Experience in the automotive parts industry is a bonus
