We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Advisor to join our client’s dynamic team, contributing to the success of the transformative project.


About the Role & Client:

As the Senior Environmental Advisor, you will lead efforts to improve the environmental management and regulatory performance of the company’s operations. This role involves extending our commercial capabilities through robust engagement with internal customers and external stakeholders, offering authoritative technical advice.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance environmental management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental considerations into commercial strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with teams running gas-fired and diesel power stations, focusing on the combustion process and air quality impact.
  • Lead data collection and analysis efforts, translating technical information into actionable insights.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in environmental management within the energy sector, with a focus on gas-fired and diesel power stations.
  • In-depth understanding of the combustion process and its implications for air quality impact, or a genuine interest in this topic.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting and leveraging technical data for informed decision-making.
  • Degree or post-graduate qualification in environmental or natural resource management discipline
