The Opportunity
Evolve Talent is excited to partner with a leading global facilities management company in the search for a proactive Regional HSE Advisor to oversee and support multiple sites across NSW/ACT.
This permanent, full-time role offers a dynamic balance of site visits and work-from-home flexibility.
We are seeking a results-driven professional who thrives on proactively managing risks and fostering stakeholder engagement. Success in this role requires the ability to lead by influence, inspire positive change, and champion a culture of safety excellence.
About the role:
As the Regional HSE Advisor, you will oversee multiple sites across NSW/ACT, driving a robust safety culture through collaboration with operational leadership teams. You’ll take full responsibility for HSE functions within the region, with a focus on operational safety rather than people management.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven ability to influence, coach and engage with stakeholders
- Confidence in your technical expertise to advise on all aspects of safety
- Broad WHS skill set including auditing, risk management, investigations, systems implementation and injury management
- Ability to manage and communicate risk effectively
- Strategic mindset and approach to safety
- Relevant HSE qualifications (Cert IV or higher)
- Experience in facilities management advantageous but not essential
- A valid drivers licence
