About Us
Our client is a multinational organization and specializes in installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment in Food manufacturing companies in Australia. Due to a significant growth, they are currently recruiting ANZ Application Engineer/Technical Sales Support role to join their team.

About the role

  1. Service Duties
  • Schedule service jobs and inform service engineers
  • Customer follow-up/feedback on completed service jobs, upgrades
  • Maintain service e-calendar (diary)
  • Co-ordinate all service (SO) and project (PC) jobs with customers and internal key stakeholders
  • Review/edit and send customer reports for service, ProCare and upgrades
  • Maintain ProCare contracts and renewals
  • Schedule ProCare jobs internally and externally
  • Consolidate timesheets for all Field Service Engineers (excel/pronto)
  • Maintaining field service engineers’ requirements, needs, tools, uniform etc.
  • Maintain tools asset register
  • Car leasing/fleet management – DF&H

 

  1. Administrative Duties
  • Raising all purchase orders for ANZ
  • Create internal PO numbers (Pronto)
  • Book all travel, accommodation, car hire and seek relevant approvals – Corp Traveller/ATPI
  • Weekend & after hours travel requests (local & international) along with relevant approvals
  • Any other administrative duties as required from time to time
  • Maintain all WHS (Work Health Safety) and RTW (Return to Work) documentation and processes
  • Provide First Aid and CPR assistance
  • Undertaking duties of a Fire Warden for Brisbane office
  • Ad hoc admin duties as required.
  1. IT Duties
  • Manage phone in the office and maintain IT requirements
  • Owner of security system, token changes etc.
  • Owner of IT (Server) room

. About you

  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar position
  • Strong computer skills (Intermediate to advance level in Excel is highly preferable) with an aptitude for learning new software programs
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge and experience with Pronto System or similar ERP is desirable
