Site Foreman | Sydney NSW

$120,000 – $130,000 + Super |

We’re partnering with a highly regarded construction business that continues to secure a strong pipeline of work across Sydney and is now looking to add a motivated Site Foreman to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand looking to step into a Foreman position, or an established Foreman wanting to join a business with genuine career progression opportunities.

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors on site
• Managing daily site operations and work sequencing
• Maintaining site safety and compliance standards
• Driving quality outcomes and workmanship
• Assisting with programme delivery and site logistics
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
• Supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish

About You

We’re not looking for someone with decades of Foreman experience.

What we’re really after is someone who:

• Comes from a trade background (Carpentry preferred but not essential)
• Has experience leading teams, subcontractors or trades on site
• Takes pride in their work and leads from the front
• Is proactive, reliable and willing to roll their sleeves up when required
• Wants to continue developing their construction career
• Has strong communication and organisational skills

Remedial experience is not required. Candidates from residential, commercial, fit-out, refurbishment or general construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
