Position: Parks and Garden Town Maintenance Officer – Immediate Start
Location: Serpentine
Pay rates: $45 per hour +superannuation

About the Role:

• Assists team members to maintain and construct projects that enhance or modify roads, drainage and traffic infrastructure, township parks, sporting facilities, public open space, reserves, and streets
• Maintaining local parks, ovals, recreational areas, verges, and land.
• Gardening – planting, removing, mulching, mowing, and edging.
• Weed control and basic traffic management.
• Operating equipment – trimmers, blowers, hedgers, tractors, brush cutters, blowers, and vans.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• MR/HR Licence (required).
• National Police Clearance within the last 12 months.
• White Card
• Basic Traffic Management and Traffic Control Certificate
• Chain saw ticket (desired)
• Forklift, Dogging, Rigging HRWL
• Qualification in Horticulture (Highly Desired).
