About the role:
We’re on the lookout for experienced aged care nurses to join our team and provide care in facilities across the stunning regional and rural areas of Western Australia. Nursing in remote and rural areas offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in communities that need you most.
Main Duties
- Provide high quality clinical care to residents
- Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation
- Ensure a safe home environment for all residents
- Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation
- Mentor, training & leadership of care team members
Skills & Requirements:
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications/ Current AHPRA registration
- Previous Australian experience in Aged Care, minimum 2 years
- Australian working rights (we do not offer sponsorship)
- COVID and FLU vaccinations completed
- Communication skills & Community engagement skills
