Workforce Scheduler
Evolve Talent are looking to hire a Workforce Scheduler for our Perth office. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role, which will require you to work well to deadlines. This position has no sales required as the desk services our well-established client base in the Mining & Facility Management sectors across Australia. This is a full-time permanent opportunity in a great team environment & company culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, Mobilisation Coordinator or someone with a recruitment background, looking for the next step in their career.
General Duties:
- Filling job vacancies from clients in a timely manner, adhering to all site entry requirements.
- Roster causal workforce across multiple clients and sites Australia wide.
- Quickly adapting to mobilisation requirements and ensuring client’s needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience in same/similar industry – FIFO experience preferred.
- Strong ability to work as a part of a team to achieve targets.
- Effective time management and organisation skills.
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change.
- High level of communication skills both verbally and written.
- Quick learner and self-motivated.
