Insurance Building Supervisor / Estimator | Brisbane | $95k-$130k + Company Vehicle Carpenter or tradie ready to swap the tools for a ute and a career path? Or already in insurance building and want to join a national leader? We're recruiting for one of Australia's leading insurance builders. Their Brisbane team is growing, and they're hiring Supervisor/Estimators to manage residential and light commercial reinstatement projects from first assessment through to handover. This role suits two kinds of people, and the company is genuinely open to both. From the tools: You're a qualified carpenter, tradesperson, leading hand, or foreperson who knows how a job goes together. You're ready to use that knowledge to run projects instead of building them. Full training in insurance processes, estimating, and systems is provided. From the industry: You've worked as a supervisor, estimator, assessor, or project coordinator in insurance building or residential construction and want a stable role with a well-resourced national business. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Supervisor to join a growing insurance repair business and take responsibility for the Sunshine Coast region. This is an ideal role for someone who has a trade background, experience in residential building and a strong understanding of the insurance repair industry. About the role Manage a portfolio of insurance repair projects across the Sunshine Coast Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers Attend sites and oversee works through to completion Review scopes, identify variations and manage project requirements Maintain regular communication with customers, insurers and assessors Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to a high standard Manage customer expectations and resolve issues as they arise Monitor workmanship, safety and compliance Keep projects progressing and ensure accurate job documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with trades and key stakeholders About you We are looking for someone who understands both construction and insurance.
