About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager and working collaboratively with your clinical lead your main responsibilities will include: ensuring the delivery of high quality person centred care, the maximisation of revenue and ensuring accreditation standards are met and maintained.
You will be an experienced, self-motivated and proactive manager, who has a proven track record within an operational capacity including the achievement of financial budgets, implementation and continued development of standards and procedures and promoting productivity of your team members across the facility through your management style and knowledge of HR standards.
