An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Supervisor to join a growing insurance repair business and take responsibility for the Sunshine Coast region. This is an ideal role for someone who has a trade background, experience in residential building and a strong understanding of the insurance repair industry. About the role Manage a portfolio of insurance repair projects across the Sunshine Coast Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers Attend sites and oversee works through to completion Review scopes, identify variations and manage project requirements Maintain regular communication with customers, insurers and assessors Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to a high standard Manage customer expectations and resolve issues as they arise Monitor workmanship, safety and compliance Keep projects progressing and ensure accurate job documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with trades and key stakeholders About you We are looking for someone who understands both construction and insurance.
