Insurance Supervisor / Estimator

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Supervisor / Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established business delivering high-quality insurance repairs across residential and commercial projects.

About the Role
As an Insurance Supervisor / Estimator, you will play a key role in managing insurance repair projects while providing accurate scopes and estimates for restoration and reinstatement works.
Working closely with insurers, loss adjusters, trades, and homeowners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate scopes of works and cost estimates for insurance repairs.
Conduct site inspections following insured events.
Coordinate and manage multiple insurance repair projects simultaneously.
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, builders, subcontractors and clients.
Schedule and manage trades throughout the restoration process.
Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines.
Prepare variations, reports and supporting documentation where required.
Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, WHS legislation and company standards.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the claims process.
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous experience working within the insurance building or restoration industry.
Experience as an Insurance Supervisor, Estimator or Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of residential building and repair methodologies.
Experience preparing scopes of work and insurance estimates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Current Driver Licence.
Trade qualification (highly regarded but not essential).

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who enjoys leading site teams, driving programmes, and delivering projects to a high standard. About the Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to maintain quality outcomes and efficient site performance.
