About the Role As a FIFO Mine Site Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the electrical systems across the mine site and camp facilities, helping ensure a safe, reliable, and comfortable environment for site personnel. Key Responsibilities Performing electrical maintenance across mine site and camp facilities Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring and equipment Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and site safety procedures Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests as required About You To be successful, you will have: WA A Grade Electrical Licence (essential) Current Australian Driver's Licence Current CPR/LVR, First Aid, Fire Attack, and White Card Full Australian working rights Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening Residing in the Perth, WA or relocating to Perth Desirable Current Rio Tinto, BHP, or Fortescue (FMG) site inductions. About the Role As a FIFO HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and fault finding of HVAC and refrigeration systems within a mining camp environment. Working as part of a maintenance team, you will carry out preventative and corrective maintenance across residential villages and mine site facilities. Key Responsibilities Install, service, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems. Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across camp facilities. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently. Prioritise workloads and meet maintenance deadlines with minimal supervision. Attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs as required. Maintain a strong commitment to safety and site compliance. Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Current WA Refrigerant Handling Licence.
