Having studied psychology in University, Roisin has always been passionate about wellbeing moving into healthcare recruitment soon after her studies. Her time in the industry has seen her learning healthcare inside and out, exercising her passion for making sure candidates and clients are the perfect fit! Roisin is adept and experienced in managing a range of recruitment processes and add-on services, from formulating terms and conditions of employment right through to assisting management on care planning and audit preparation.
As a child Roisin spent summers running around her family's aged care facility and so her understanding of the hard work and dedication of healthcare workers began at a very early age.
Roisin places huge importance on helping others, an attitude which which has been embedded in her since childhood and no doubt led to her chosen career path!

When not in the office, Roisin loves to travel and recently spent a few months travelling South America, hiking Machu Picchu, Seeing the salt flats of Bolivia and swimming with baby seals in the Galapagos Islands. She is also obsessed with all things Harry Potter! Who isn’t?
