If you upload or submit your CV, apply for a job, sign up to an email subscription, or create an Evolve Talent account, you must ensure the details you provide are accurate, up to date and complete.

Please let us know promptly of any changes to your information, either by updating your CV or your personal details via the Member Login, so we can communicate with you effectively and provide accurate, current information to potential employers.

If you sign up to the Member section, you will be asked to create a password and login. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect anyone else knows your password, notify us immediately. We accept no liability for any unauthorised use of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date, correct, accurate and complete information on your Evolve Talent Member account, and for ensuring any material you upload does not breach or infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

If Evolve Talent has reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of our website, we may require you to change your password, or we may suspend your Member account. We may also suspend or cancel your account at our reasonable discretion, or if you breach any obligation under these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Suspension or cancellation of your Member account and your right to use the website does not affect either party's statutory rights or liabilities.

We may gather information and statistics collectively about visitors to our website, which may include information you have supplied, to help us understand our users and improve our recruitment service. We will not disclose identifiable information in this process, all such data is used in aggregate form only. We may share aggregate data with selected third parties for these purposes.
